You guys's

“You guys’s” is proof that English needs a distinct plural second-person pronoun. Pronounced “you guyses,” this variant on the possessive pronoun is used when addressing several people, as in “I was, like, wow, when I heard you guys’s team won the bocci tournament!” The correct pronoun is “your,” which serves as both singular and plural second-person possessive pronoun. “You guys’s” derives from the nominative “you guys,” the northern equivalent of “y’all” in a language that uses the same word for singular and plural. “Your” for plural just doesn’t sound right, so many of you guys expand on it.
